Mowing

The lawn area can be mown as required, but regular mowing is recommended to avoid large amounts of clippings. To maintain effective levels of nutrients, the clippings need not be removed but can be left to filter down through the sward to the base. Nutrients from the clover will then facilitate rapid breakdown for re-cycling. Optimum results are probably best achieved at a height of 3 cm, but the sward can be mown as desired.
